Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to DoxyDex in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Data Management and Privacy

DoxyDex takes data protection seriously. We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to the platform. DoxyDex does not claim any ownership rights over your content. However, you grant DoxyDex a limited license to access, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services.
